Damaged or Lost Shipments

I take care to package each piece securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

In the case of damage during shipping, please provide photos of the item and packaging so I can assist with an insurance claim through the carrier.

Custom Orders

Custom sculptures are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.
